Return Policy
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to a UFS error.
- No special-order products will be accepted for return.
- Products that have been held for over 30 days will not be accepted for return.
- Stock items must be returned in good condition and with prior approval of seller.
- UFS has the right to determine if an item has been abused and if so, no credit will be issued.
- No credit will be issued if the item is found not to be in sellable condition.
- Bent Feeler assemblies are not returnable.
- Ball Feeler and Straight Pin Feeler assemblies are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- If UFS is responsible for an error, we will take full responsibility for it.
- UFS will not be responsible for any errors on orders placed over the phone.
- UFS delivery drivers are not authorized to accept returns without prior approval. Please contact your salesperson for assistance.
